Quick Release + Leash Combo
Combines a Quick Release (QR) and the Kaohi leash of your choice.
Designed for safety, the (QR) easily activates when the ergonomic orange handle is grabbed and pushed away from the rider.
The Kaohi Quick Release also facilitates the quick removal of the board from the rider, while coming to shore, riding waves, jumping on a boat or walking up the beach.

- Easily attaches to Kaohi black belts or harnesses with dyneema connector loop
- Release T- pin is precision cut from solid 316 stainless for exceptional strength and corrosion resistance.
- Activates only when rider grabs orange handle and pushes it away
- Quickly reconnects quickly after activation
- Transferable to another Kaohi Leash (may not fit other brands)

To Install on Black Belt or Harness
- Activate (QR) and remove short dyneema cord (with two loops and black ball)
- Insert larger loop through belt or harness d-ring or loop
- Push ball through the larger loop and snug tight
- Put one end of the aluminum T through the small loop
- Slightly pull the loop and T-pin away from orange handle
- Insert the T-pin side with the loop on it into the end of the orange handle
- QR is now situated and activated
- Practice arming and activating the QR a number of times before use
- QR should make a snapping sound when removed from belt connection
- Wash with fresh water after each use
Not tested for river surfing.
